The following documents relating to our traffic counters can be downloaded. They are
all in Adobe Acrobat format.

features, installation and options of our RTC traffic counter line of
products.

features, installation and options of our EPC traffic counter line of

how we treated you before the sale was made. Our questionnaires are extremely

questionnaires that we received. There are 12 questions. Please take the time to

well as how easy or difficult the traffic counters were to install. Our

user's manual for our entry-level traffic counter, the RTC-P1. It describes the
installation process, as well as the menu options that reside on the RTC-P1.

user's manual for the RTC-P3 traffic counter, and its door sensors, the RTC-S2X
and RTC-S2XL. It describes the installation process, as well as the menu options
that reside on the RTC-P3.

Getting Started with the RTC-P3 Traffic Counter(93KB): This document is a
condensed version of the installation instructions that are in the RTC-P3 User's
Manual. This is an excellent document to read before attempting the installation.

RTC-P3 Transmission/Graphing Software User's Manual (1743KB): This document
is the user's manual for the transmission and graphing software that is used with
the RTC-P3 traffic counter. It describes the software installation process, as well
as all of the graphing and transmission features.

IDT Scheduler Software User's Manual (81KB): This document
is the user's manual for the IDT Scheduler. The IDT Scheduler is an application
that allows the user to set up automated transmissions with the RTC-P3 traffic counter.
The RTC-P3 Graphing/Transmission Software should also be installed, because the IDT
Scheduler requires it.

General Theory of Operation of the RTC-P3 Traffic Counter (444KB): This
document describes the basic theory of operation of various parts of the RTC-P3,
such as the transmission process, record layout and the internal wiring layout of
the communications cable that is used to connect the RTC-P3 to the door sensors.
This document is intended for those individuals who need to perform certain tasks
such as terminating communications cables or importing the traffic counter data into
another software application other than our transmission/graphing software. This is
by no means a complete reference. We would be glad to answer any questions that are
not addressed in this document.
