Electronic People Counter Sales Literature (794KB): This document describes the features, installation and options of our Electronic People Counter product line.
Sales Questionnaire (49KB): This document allows you to express your opinion as to how we treated you before the sale of the customer counter was made. Our questionnaires are extremely important to us. We have made a number of upgrades and improvements to our door counters based on the questionnaires that we received. There are 12 questions. Please take the time to answer as many of the questions as you would like. Your opinion is very valuable to us and your time would be greatly appreciated.
Technical Support/Installation Questionnaire (49KB): This document allows you to express your opinion as to how helpful we were during the installation process of the door counter, as well as how easy or difficult the door counters were to install. Electronic People Counter Policies (61KB): This document provides detailed information about our policies relating to our electronic people counters, door sensors and software. We pride ourselves on not having any "fine print," but this is as close as it gets. It defines the details of our warranty, technical support, return policy, privacy policy and other details.

RTC-P3 Transmission/Graphing Software User's Manual (1.78MB): This document is the user's manual for the transmission and graphing software that is used with the RTC-P3 Door Counter. It describes the software installation process, as well as all of the graphing and transmission features.
IDT Scheduler Software User's Manual (81KB): This document is the user's manual for the IDT Scheduler. The IDT Scheduler is an application that allows the user to set up automated transmissions with the RTC-P3 Door Counter. The RTC-P3 Graphing/Transmission Software should also be installed, because the IDT Scheduler requires it.
General Theory of Operation of the RTC-P3 People Counter (454KB): This document describes the basic theory of operation of various parts of the RTC-P3 Door Counter, such as the transmission process, record layout and the internal wiring layout of the communications cable that is used to connect the RTC-P3 Door Counter to the infrared beam door sensors. This document is intended for those individuals who need to perform certain tasks such as terminating communications cables or importing the customer counter data into another software application other than our transmission/graphing software. This is by no means a complete reference. We would be glad to answer any questions that are not addressed in this document.
